Designed new assessment program that replaced system of using SAT/ACT placement exam scores for first-year composition course placement; worked with Writing Collaboratory Consultants and organized program rubric, scoring and course placement; in unison with college Admissions office, worked to market program to incoming applicants. Received $5000 grant from Independent College Fund of New Jersey, Verizon, Check Into Literacy: Language of Literacy toward new program development

Administered, monitored, scored and assessed reading and writing portion of entrance exam for an admission-based program that provides academic and personal guidance for targeted students entering the university in their first year.
